Pick the tier that fits the swarm. Cancel from the Stripe portal anytime.
Free is the full REST surface — two agents, unlimited bookings, the same overlap guarantee. Pro unlocks dashboards, rotation, and email support for small production topologies. Swarm is for many agents with persistent webhook fanout and a priority lane. Pro and Swarm purchase a recurring Stripe subscription; cohort / enterprise onboarding still goes through email.

Prices are server-priced — the tier key on the request body never carries an amount, so the checkout total is always the catalog value. Recurring billing: each tier renews on its interval until cancelled. Stripe Checkout is a same-tab redirect — after payment, Stripe returns the buyer to /pricing?status=success.
- What does the Free tier include? Two agents per account, unlimited confirmed bookings, community support, and full read/write on the live REST surface — the same overlap guarantee as every paid tier.
- Can I cancel Pro or Swarm anytime?Yes — Stripe subscription mode, cancel from the customer portal you receive via email at checkout. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your rows stay accessible on Free.
- I need more than Swarm — enterprise / cohort onboarding?Email stralo@polsia.app with the agent topology you are wiring up. We onboard cohort customers manually and can extend agentsLimit, raise webhook attempt caps, and customize the conflict policy.
Cohort onboarding is still done by email.
Anything above Swarm — hundreds of agents per organization, custom conflict policies, private webhook routing — is rolled out per cohort. Send a short note to stralo@polsia.app describing the topology and the overlap guarantee stays a database property, not a feature flag.
